Trip Charges:

(this pays for
wear/tear and gas)
On-Site PC Service for Home Clients:
$65 per hour
(minimum
of 1 hour).
On-Site
Service for Office Clients: $75
per hour
(minimum
of 1 hour).
Tutoring:
$60 per hour
Our rates are structured to
be competitive yet less expensive than
with your local computer dealer and many
other repair places. Just take
a look at what some of the other dealers
charge for PC upgrades, repair and
installation. We don't have a lot of
high overhead like most of the other
companies out there. We let our work
do our talking. We do not have any
fancy vehicles or television
commercials....but we do know what we are
doing.
Our
philosophy is to make life easier for the
client. We come to you and your
computer, instead of making you pack it up
and "take it to the shop for
repairs". We want
to make it easy on your brain as well as
your wallet.

We
will come to your house or office to work
on your PC. You don't need to hassle
with disconnecting your computer and
taking it somewhere to be serviced and
probably waiting a week or longer to get
it back.
We will even suggest you watch and learn
from us. The old philosophy says if
"you give a man a fish, he eats for a
day....teach him to fish and he eats for a
lifetime".
Emergency
Calls: Usually, we can be at your
home or office within 24 hours!
However, if you need emergency service
within 8 hours, we do charge a small $50
fee.
Phone
Support: We do not offer
phone support, nor do we plan on it.
Experience tells us that this is very
difficult for both us and you. It
can be like trying to tell someone how to
do brain surgery over the phone. We
feel it is better to see the client and
the PC. It is really difficult to
diagnose the whole problem without really
looking at it.
** If your PC problem
re-occurs within thirty (30) days of
service by a PC Help Doctors technician,
we will fix it for free...excludes third
party software loaded after we fix it.
