Not Jail In this DVD Khalil Osiris focuses on helping incarcerated and formerly incarcerated men and women find employment based on their passion rather than a paycheck. While traditional workforce development programs emphasize How To Interview, Dress for Success and How to Write a Winning Cover Letter, Jobs Not Jail teaches individuals how to discover their passion and then use that incredible powerful energy to turn what they are passionate about into a meaningful career. This educational training tool identifies the following as important elements to attaining and maintaining employment: Discovering what is more important to them than money; Identifying personal interests and talents that bring them joy; and Developing a plan that utilizes their skills, available resources and hard work. The goal of this training is to empower incarcerated and formerly incarcerated participants to overcome barriers to their employment as part of their successful re-entry.
