Presenting Speakers

Kenneth W. Albert, M.Ed., CPA, President of MCG, Inc., has worked in the non-profit and government accounting field for over 20 years. He has been an intricate part of the Ohio Medicaid programs beginning with his tenure with ODJFS in 1986. His experience includes Medicaid Auditor for ODJFS and Fiscal Officer for ODMR/DD Office of Federal Funds. Mr. Albert has served on numerous committees assisting with the development of various programs for public and private organizations who serve individuals with disabilities. He has intimate working knowledge of all aspects of government and nonprofit programs and financial operations. Mr. Albert specializes in assisting organizations with short-term and long-term financial planning, strategic planning, and human resource development. 

Susan Dlouhy is President of Norwich Consulting Services, Ltd. Norwich Consulting Services, Ltd. is an Ohio-based company providing practical training and innovative problem-solving for human service organizations. Dennis P. Williamson graduated summa cum laude from OSU 1979. He earned his MBA from OSU in 1983. His experience includes nine years with Deloitte & Touche, CPA’s, one of the largest CPA firms in the world. Mr. Williamson specializes in: Accounting and software consulting for small businesses; Audits and reviews of non-profit organizations; Tax planning and preparation for small businesses and individuals; and Controllership services. He was the first Certified Quickbooks Professional Advisor in central Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s, and is a Life Member of the OSU Alumni Association. He has been heavily involved in community affairs

Sandy Landers has a Master of Public Administration degree. MBS staff has 10 years experience in county board programs, and nearly 20 years experience in human service organization, private insurance, and Medicaid billing.

Stephen P. Postalakis is a partner with the law firm of Blaugrund, Herbert, Kessler, Miller, Myers & Postalakis Inc.
