Former OSU and NFL great, Cris Carter has teamed up with the Urban Minority Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Outreach Program (UMADAOP) to raise money for the expansion of a battered women’s shelter.
Funds are being raised through the raffle.

To benefit UMADAOP, Phoenix Project. The Phoenix Project teaches battered women that it is possible to emerge from the depths of despair that often comes with domestic violence. By living in a supportive environment with counseling, structure and encouragement, women are provided with the tools to create a healthy and positive future. All raffle donations are non-refundable. Participants may enter as many times as they wish. Winner will be announced in October, 2005. The trip will be October 28-30, 2005. Prize package and trip are not transferable and the dates cannot be changed. Winner must bring their own golf equipment.
